Pre-wedding: Robert & Jenna

We are doing Robert and Jenna’s wedding in September so we are a little late in doing this shoot, but they only booked us about a month ago so everything is a little last minute.

They are having their wedding on an army based just north of Bedford so we went for a little look around there before looking for a cool engagement shoot location. We realised very quickly that this couple is such a lot of fun. Jenna has the most incredible smile and is full of energy. Walking around the venue we got a glimpse into the personalities of Robert and Jenna as a couple. Jenna was full of energy, bouncing off the walls, full of ideas and Robert serves as a calming influence for sure. It is lovely to see how couples ‘work’ together and Robert and Jenna are no exception.

It was evening time and the sun was just beautiful for us as it was just about to start setting. I love late evening sun. The colour, the warmth, the angle. Brilliant. Here is a little look at our day with them. Have a look at the rest of their photos in their SLIDESHOW

Wedding: Chris & Debbie

Sorry for the delay in posting this wedding after our sneak peak a while ago. Things have been a little frantic at this end and I have been on holiday in the middle of it all too, leaving Ben to look after everything. I’m back now though so here are a few from Chris and Debbie’s wedding. After the fun we had on the engagement shoot the wedding was no different. The day was filled with so much fun and excitement and Chris and Debbie were very kind to us in sitting us down with some of their family for the wedding breakfast.

Engagement/Pre-Wedding Shoot: Tom and Karen

Wow, two blog posts in two days, we are on fire! Here are some shots from a recent super day out doing an engagement shoot. We travelled across to Broomfield in Essex and had a great day with Tom and Karen. First of all we went to a quant little tea shop to chat through some details, I almost wished we had taken some photos there as the place looked so cool. However, we then went for a little wander around a local park area and swung from trees and messed about a bit.

We thought we were done with the shoot and were on our way to have a look at the reception venue with them when we came across a brilliant field full of sunflowers. We just had to stop and take some photos with them. While we were there Ben and I decided we should pick some flowers for the ladies in our lives, which is always nice to do.
